Setting up Bulk Triggers in Classic

Site_Adminpermissions are required.
Triggers are messages that are sent to specific users by email when an item meets certain conditions. Individual Triggers can be attached to an Action, Feedback, Performance Indicator (PI), Risk, or Feedback item.
In this article:
1. Creating Bulk Triggers
You can manage Bulk Triggers in Trigger Central.
To create a Bulk Trigger:
- Click the Admin topic.
- Select Trigger Central.
- Click New.
If you have a module selected, a blank Trigger.
If you have all modules selected, you will be asked to choose which module you want to create a Trigger for.
- Enter a Title for your Trigger.
- Select Fire for All... to apply the Trigger to all items of that type.
To apply Triggers to individual items, click the dots icon next to each item and Add/Remove. - Set remaining Trigger Definitions.
2. Filtering Bulk Triggers
On the left-hand side of the screen you can find the list of Bulk Triggers.
You can use the available functions to filter the results in the list.

Alters the list of Bulk Triggers shown. Choose the module from the list to view Triggers available for it. Alternatively, you can choose to display All Triggers, regardless of the module they belong to. All Triggers will then be listed on the left-hand side of the screen with the appropriate module icon next to them to indicate which module they belong to. |

Filters view based on word or part of the word entered. Number of items filtered will show at the bottom of the list. |
3. Viewing Bulk Triggers
You can identify Bulk Triggers in the Trigger list by the colon that follows its name. Details of Bulk Triggers cannot be modified by regular users. They can only be modified by a user with the Site Admin permission through the Trigger Central window.
For example, the bottom Trigger is directly added to this Action, while the top one is a Bulk Trigger.
