1. What are the technical requirements?
Network access through Port 443 is required for data access and updates.
2. How do I enable the .exe?
To access the application, the Support Team needs to enable it for your site. This must be requested in a ticket by a Site Administrator.
As the application can only be enabled or disabled by site, all Users must use the same version of Classic, whether it's the .exe or the Java app.
3. How do I install the .exe?
Once enabled, all Users need to download the application before first use. You can access the download link from the welcome page or via the link provided by the Support Team.
Once downloaded, Users will be able to access the .exe in two ways:

Through the Go To… menu, by selecting any of the Classic options.

Through your local files, by searching for the app (Ideagen Risk Management (Ion) or Ideagen Risk Management).
The launcher will check for updates and then launch the application.
