Searching for Appraisals

Ownership of the Appraisal or higherpermissions are required.
When completing a company-wide Appraisal, you may end up with a substantial list. Thankfully, finding the right Appraisal is easy. This guide will take you through the steps to look up a specific Appraisal.
In this article:
1. Appraisals list
To access Appraisals:
- Open the Go To... menu.
- Hover over 'Appraisals'.
- Select 'Appraisals' (under 'Administration').
You will be taken to this overview page:
By default, this view displays all open Appraisals.
2. Using the search bar
To look up Appraisals using the search:
- Open the Appraisals list.
- Highlight the search box (under 'Refine your search').
- Enter the Title of the Appraisal you want to find.
- Press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon.
Your list will then update with the results and tell you how many items matching your query were found.
Not getting any results?
This method of look up will only return results that match the selected filters. Read on to find out how to set them!
3. Using filters
To filter Appraisals:
- Open the Appraisals list.
- Click 'Status...' (under 'Refine your search').
- Select which Appraisals you want to see.
You can use the buttons at the top to choose pre-selected filters: 'All' will tick all available options, 'None' will untick all options, 'Only Open' will tick the 'Open' option, effectively resetting the filter to default. - Click 'Appraisal Type...'.
- Select which type of Appraisals you want to see.
