Using the Employee Search
Who is this article for?Managers who want to look up specific Appraisals.
Appraisals_Administratorpermissions are required.
Employee Search displays the full list of Users added to your organisation's Command Hierarchy. This guide will show you how to utilise this feature.
In this article:
1. Employee Search list
To access the Employee Search:
- Open the Go To... menu.
- Hover over 'Appraisals'.
- 'Select 'Employee Search' (under 'Organisation').
You will be taken to this overview page:
2. Looking up Employee(s)
To look up an Employee:
- Highlight the search box (under 'Refine your search').
- Enter a keyword, which will be against the:
- Name
- Login ID
- Job Title
- Role (assigned within the system)
- Press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon.
Clicking on the Employee's name will take you to the 'Appraisals' tab in their User notebook.
