Site Administrators who want to set up notifications for Ownership changes.

Site Admin permissions are required.

Owner Notifications, also known as Triggers, are emails that help you keep Users in the loop when an item they have Ownership of changes. You can tailor when notifications are sent out. This article will walk through how to configure that!

1. Owner Notifications view

To access Owner Notifications settings:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Site Admin' at the bottom of the menu.
3. Select 'Owner Notifications' (under 'Site Options').

Once there, you should be presented with this page:

2. Editing Owner Notifications

To edit notifications:

1. Open the Owner Notifications view.
2. Click 'Owner Notifications▼'.
3. Select 'Edit'.
4. Tick all notifications you would like to enable.
5. Click 'Save'.

Made a mistake? Don't worry!
You can use the 'Revert' button in the top-right of the page to reset the values
to default.

You will be taken back to the original view, where you can easily check which notifications have been enabled:

To disable notifications, repeat the above steps! You can also use the 'Turn off all notifications' option to easily deactivate all previously ticked options.
