Finding yourself generating a lot of ad hoc Reports? You can set up expiry rules for easy housekeeping! This article will take you through how to easily schedule Report deletion.

1. General Options view

To access General Options:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Site Admin' at the bottom of the menu.
3. Select 'General' (under 'Site Options').

You will be taken to a page with a list of various site options.

2. Report Expiry

To set up automatic deletion:

1. Go to the General Options view.
2. Select 'Report Expiry' from the list on the left.
3. Click 'Report Expiry▼'
4. Select 'Edit'.
   You'll be prompted to enter a value in days.
5. Click 'Save & Close'.

You will be able to see your setting on the overview page once it refreshes:

To disable automatic deletion, leave the value blank.
