Finding your way around Ideagen Risk Management is easy! Not only do you have access to the Go To... menu wherever you are, but you can also use keyboard shortcuts to perform most actions. This article will list the available hotkeys.

| Alt + G | Open Go To... menu. |
| Alt + U | Open the User menu. |
| Alt + W | Toggle tabs at the top of an item's notebook. |
| Alt + 1 - 6 | Select corresponding tab from the main tab of an item's notebook. |
| Shift + ? | Open Help article for the current screen (opens in new tab). |
| Alt + G + Enter | Save any outstanding changes made in an 'Edit' page. |
| Ctrl + Alt + Enter | Save any outstanding changes made in an 'Edit' page. |
| Enter | Save any outstanding changes made in a pop-up editor. Open an item's notebook when one is highlighted. |
| . or , | Select item before (,) or after (.) the current selection. Selecting an item this way will activate the dropdown for the item. |
| Tab | Switch between editable fields in a modal. |
| Space bar | Tick a highlighted box or press a highlighted button. |
| ↑ or ↓ | Move up (↑) or down (↓) a list or dropdown menu. |
| Alt + ↑ or ↓ | Display the dropdown list for an item. Use arrows to move through the list. Use Tab to select an option. |
