Site Administrators who want to modify the behaviour of Report links.

Site Admin permissions are required.

Depending on the nature of data in your Reports, you may want to limit the access via sharing links to one-time only. This article will show you how to do that.

1. General Options view

To access General Options:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Site Admin' at the bottom of the menu.
3. Select 'General' (under 'Site Options').

You will be taken to a page with a list of various site options.

2. Configuring Access Links

To change link settings:

1. Go to the General Options view.
2. Select 'Shareable Reports' from the list on the left.
3. Click 'Shareable Reports▼'.
4. Select 'Edit.
   You'll see a pop up with the available choices.
5. Select 'Permanent URLs' or 'One-time use URLs'.
   This setting will be applied to all future Report links.
6. Click 'Save & Close'.
