Accessing and using the Actions updates screen

Actions Updates pulls together all parent and child items needing intervention in one view. This article will give you steps on how to access it and explain what data appears on it.
In this article:
1. Actions updates screen
To access Action updates:
- Open the Go To... menu.
- Hover over 'Actions'.
- Select the banner under 'Requiring Action'.
You may see more than one row in the banner. They are grouped by Ownership, each displaying a count of items belonging to it.
You will be taken to the updates screen.
You can update all Actions listed here at the same time. Once you are done modifying the item, click 'Save' to update the information on each.
2. Actions appearing in the screen
Only items which the logged-in User has the Permissions to update, and which are nearing/past their milestone or due dates will be displayed in the updates screen.
Updates are divided into two views:
- Actions
- Actions with Milestones and sub-Actions
You will see the count of items requiring your attention by the tab name.
Make sure you save changes made to items in one tab before moving to the other.
