1. Item list

Risks

To access the Risks list:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Risks'.
3. Select 'Search' (under 'Find Risks').

You will be taken to an overview page:

By default, this view displays all active Risks.

Internal Controls

To access the Internal Controls list:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Risks'.
3. Select 'Internal Controls' (under 'Internal Controls').

You will be taken to an overview page:

By default, this view displays all Internal Controls.

2. Using the search bar

To look up Risks or Controls:

1. Open the item list.
2. Highlight the search box (under 'Refine your search').
3. Enter the Code or Title of the item you want to find.
4. Press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon.

Your list will then update with the results and tell you how many items matching your query were found.

Not getting any results?
This method of look up will only return results that match the selected filters. Read on to find out how to set them!

3. Using filters

Risks

To filter Risks:

1. Open the Risks list.
2. Click 'Status...' (under 'Refine your search').
3. Select which Risks you want to see.
   You can use the buttons at the top to choose pre-selected filters: 'All' will tick all available options, 'None' will untick all options.
4. Click 'Ownership...'.
5. Tick boxes for all Ownership types to display.
   You can use the buttons at the top to choose pre-selected filters: 'All' will tick all available options, 'None' will untick all options.

Internal Controls

To filter Internal Controls:

1. Open the Internal Controls list.
2. Click 'Ownership...' (under 'Refine your search').
3. Tick boxes for all Ownership types to display.
   You can use the buttons at the top to choose pre-selected filters: 'All' will tick all available options, 'None' will untick all options.
4. Check one or both of the 'Only show Controls...' boxes to further narrow down your results.
