Users who manage Performance Indicator settings.

PI_Admin(+ complex) or higher permissions are required.

Performance indicator status' statuses are displayed using the traffic light icons, and it is the latest status calculated that will be highlighted on the PI. This is calculated when a data row is activated and cannot be edited. When a PI is created by default it will appear with an 'unknown' status, once data rows are added and activated the status' will then be calculated as per the configurations set for that PI. Below is an overview of the different traffic light status that can appear for PIs. 

Status Definitions

Icon	Status	Description
	Alert	Performance significantly below target - denotes current value is between the amber/red threshold and the worst value. If the data value is equal to the red threshold, the PI status will be red.
	OK	Performance on target - denotes current value is  between the amber/green threshold and the best value. If the data value is equal to the amber threshold, and the amber threshold is equal to the target, the PI status will be green.
	Warning	Performance below target - denotes current value is between the amber/red threshold and the amber/green threshold. If the data value is equal to the amber threshold, and the amber threshold is not equal to the target, the PI status will be amber.
	Unknown	due to data missing.
	Overdue for update	Over the right hand side of the status indicator means data is overdue for update.
	Currently due for update.	Blue Star over the right hand side of the status indicator means that the PI is currently due for update.
	Blue Arrow	Blue Arrow over the left-hand side of the icon means that this is a partner PI and has been assigned to your site from a Partner Site. This rider icon can be combined with the overdue and due rider icons, as shown here.
	Data Only	PIs that are ’Data Only’ and therefore not measurable in traffic light terms. These PIs are selected from the Gauge Format Type drop-down list in the Settings panel of the Current tab in the PI notebook.

Note: On the PI data tab each data row added will store historic status' that had been calculated for that time period. However, if a data row has not yet been 'activated' then the status column will remain blank for that time period.
