Accessing and Managing Performance Indicator Queries

PI_Query permissions are required.
The PI Queries list gives you access to the full list of queries on your site that the logged in User has permission to view. Click on a PI query to view its contents.
This article will provide an overview of the following:
1. Accessing PI Queries
To access the PI Queries list:
- Open the Go To... menu.
- Hover over 'Performance Indicators'.
- Select 'Queries'.
The number of PI Queries that match the filters, and that you have Permission to see, is shown just above the results list.
2. Filtering PI Queries
You can refine the list of PI Queries using the filter options at the top left corner of the page.
Search
Enter key text for the required Queries in the text box.
This will be matched against the Title of the Query. To help optimise the searches, common words are omitted:

Not seeing expected results?
Keywords are indexed overnight, so changes made to text fields will only be reflected in the results the next day.
Ownership
Filter the list by your ownership level.
For example, select 'Owned By' to show only those Queries that you are the Owner of.
3. Actions for PI Queries
The following options are available in the PI Queries menu. They can also be accessed by right-clicking a Query row.
New Query
Create a new blank Query. Once created, the Query will open in the "Filters" tab, ready for editing.
Duplicate
Copy an existing Query. Available when a Query is highlighted. Once duplicated, the Query will open in the "Filters" tab, ready for editing.
Delete
Delete an existing Query. Available when a Query is highlighted.
Unable to delete a Query?
Any Queries that are being used by a Portal Component cannot be deleted, in this case a message listing all Portals using the Query will be shown.
In the case that this Portal is hidden from the user, the message will state that a hidden Portal is using the Query.
Clear Selection
De-select all previously highlighted Query rows.
