This article walks you through how to ensure correct data is pulled through on a report when working with Scalar PI Groups.

1. Issue

After creating a report using a Service Reporting layout and setting it up to pull data from designated Scalar PI Groups, the data doesn't show up when the report is ran.

2. Solution

To resolve this:

1. Access the report's Configuration Settings.
2. Ensure that the report is grouped by Scalar Groups.
3. Switch to the "Grouping" tab.
4. Untick the Exclude "cannot group by" box.

Your data should now be pulling through to the report correctly.
