Creating and managing Assurance Level dropdowns
Who is this article for?Classic Users who want to customise the Assurance options.
Classic Log Inpermissions are required.
Classic allows you to create custom Assurance Level options, to help you create a more tailored Audit experience.
In this article:
1. Creating Assurance Levels
To create a new Assurance Level:
- Select Audit from the Topics bar.
- Choose Assurance Levels.
- Click New.
- Give your Assurance Level a Title.
This is what will appear in the Assurance Level dropdown. - Pick an icon from Assurance Level Status.
This is what will appear next to the option in the dropdown. - Click Save.
Repeat the process for each additional Level.
2. Editing Assurance Levels
To edit Assurance Levels:
- Highlight the Assurance Level you want to modify.
- Amend the Title.
- Change the icon using Assurance Level Status.
- Click Save after editing each record.
