Who is this article for?Users who want to view Scorecards for their organisation.
No elevated access or permissions are required.
Scorecards let you map Actions, Performance Indicators, and Risks onto a card that gives you at-a-glance information about how your organisation is performing against the set objectives. They can only be created and managed in Classic but can be viewed in Browser. This article will show you how to do the latter.
In this article:
1. Scorecards view
To access Scorecards:
- Open the Go To... menu.
- Hover over 'More'.
- Select 'Scorecards' (under 'Scorecards').
You will be taken to a list of all Scorecards previously created in Classic:
2. Scorecard notebook
To open a Scorecard notebook, click on the hyperlinked name of the card.
'Scorecard' tab shows the status Charts for each module item added to the Scorecard at the tree level you are viewing. You can select a bar in one of the Charts to drill down a list of the items at that status.
'Location' tab shows you where the currently selected hierarchy level is positioned in the Scorecard hierarchy. All items that are at a higher level will be shown above the item you are viewing.
'Description' tab shows the description for the Scorecard if it has been added in Classic. This is not editable in Browser.
3. Tree of Contents
'Browse' tab, found below the Scorecard overview, displays all the items within the Scorecard in a hierarchy view, with each top-level item displaying status counts for items below it.
These counts can be drilled down to show a list of all items at that status. Actions, Performance Indicators, and Risks also display information in the tree view. For instance, an Action will have its progress bar next to it, along with the progress percentage.
This view also allows you to update these items directly from the Scorecard. To do so, right-click the item and select the relevant option from the menu.
'More' tab contains all remaining information, such as Documents, Notes, Owners, and Additional Fields. These can be edited in Browser. Thresholds and Weights, while displayed in the same section, cannot be edited in Browser.
