Who is this article for?

Administrators who want to know what visualisations are available for each module.

Site admin or Portal_Create permissions are required to create and edit Portals.

Each module has several components that help visualise data points in a suitable way. Not every component is accessible for every module. This article will walk you through the steps on where you can browse the available components.

1. Table components

To view available chart options:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Portals'.
3. Create a Portal or choose an existing one.
4. Select any of the empty component slots.
5. Choose 'Table' from the component options.
6. Highlight the module you need on the left.

To view available chart options:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Portals'.
3. Create a Portal or choose an existing one.
4. Select any of the empty component slots.
5. Choose 'Chart' from the component options.
6. Highlight the module you need on the left.

To view available count options:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Portals'.
3. Create a Portal or choose an existing one.
4. Select any of the empty component slots.
5. Choose 'Count' from the component options.

4. Other components

There are a few additional options you can access by clicking 'Other':

• Text - Enter text that will be displayed in the component space.
• Image - Select an image that will be displayed in the component space. Images need to be enabled for use in Portals and Reports to appear for selection.
• Embed a Web Page - Enter a URL to a page to display an embed of in the component space. Before embedding a page, make sure it's safe and that it doesn't block embedding its content on external websites.
• Strategy Map - Select a strategy map that will display in the component space.
• Create Risk Button - Insert a shortcut to the Risk creation option.
