Moving Actions to a different location within your Action Tree is easy. This guide will show you how to copy, cut, and paste Actions.

1. Demoting an Action

To demote an Action:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Actions'.
3. Select 'Actions Browse'.
4. Right-click the Action you want to turn into a Sub-Action.
5. Select 'Cut'.
6. Right-click the desired parent Action.
7. Select 'Paste' from the menu.

To move Sub-Actions between parents, follow the same steps.

2. Promoting a Sub-Action

To promote a Sub-Action:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'Actions'.
3. Select 'Actions Browse'.
4. Right-click the Sub-Action you want to turn into an Action.
5. Select 'Cut'.
6. Click 'Actions▼'.
7. Select 'Paste' from the menu.

Moving multiple items?
Hold down Ctrl and left-click items to highlight more than one item.
When deleting consecutive items in the list, you can hold down Shift after left-clicking the first item and select the final item in the list to highlight them all.
