Users who need to move Ownerships from one User to another.

Owners Edit (+ complex) or higher permissions are required.

In situations where you need to move Ownerships of multiple items from one Employee to another, doing so one by one isn't the only way. This article will give you the steps for an easy handover.

1. Transferring Ownership

To move Ownerships:

1. Open the Go To... menu.
2. Hover over 'More'.
3. Select 'User'.
4. Search for the User who will be receiving the Ownerships.
5. Click their name to open their User notebook.
6. Open the 'Last, Name▼' menu.
7. Select the 'Import User Data & Settings' option.
8. Choose the User who currently owns the items.
9. Tick 'Ownerships'.
10. Select all items you want to transfer.
11. Click 'Import Data'.
