1. Network configuration

To ensure an optimal experience with Ideagen Risk Management, please use the following network settings:

• Enable JavaScript.
• Enable Cookies.
• Whitelist our domain(s): *.pentanarpm.uk (UK Customers) or *.penanarpm.us (US customers).
  Alternatively, you can whitelist by IP.

Please consult the Amazon Web Services (AWS) IP address ranges JSON to identify the correct IPs for the following syntaxes: UK - London (eu-west-2) or US - Ohio (us-east-2).

2. Browser version

Desktop Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 or Mac OS 10

Mobile Operating System: Apple iOS and Safari

Additional Software: Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (or later), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari (Mac OS only)

3. Classic version

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (or later)

Additional Software: Java 8

To access Reports in Classic, use one of the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (or later), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

Due to differences in Java versions, Ideagen Risk Management Classic is not supported for Mac devices.
